【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesgeneralsafetyrequirementsforstationarytrainingequipmentduringuseunlessmodifiedintheotherpartsofthisEuropeanStandard.Italsospecifiesaclassificationsystem(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoallstationarytrainingequipmentasdefinedin3.1.Thisincludesequipmentforuseintrainingareasoforganizationssuchassportassociations,educationalestablishments,hotels,sporthalls,clubs,rehabilitationcentresandstudios(classesSandI)whereaccessandcontrolisspecificallyregulatedbytheowner(personwhohasthelegalresponsibility),equipmentfordomesticuse(classH)andothertypesofequipmentincludingmotordrivenequipmentasdefinedin3.1.Ifauserhasspecialneeds(medicalrehabilitation,disability)itisessentialthattheowner(thepersonwithlegalresponsibility)conductsaspecificriskassessmenttodeterminesafeuseandifnecessarytoinsuretrainedstaffareavailabletosupervisetheactivity.TherequirementsofaspecificstandardtakepriorityoverthecorrespondingrequirementsofthisgeneralEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytostationarytrainingequipmentintendedforusebychildren.NOTE1Intheeventthatthestationarytrainingequipmentisintendedformedicalpurposes,attentionisdrawntotherequirementsofCouncilDirectiveof14June1993ontheapproximationofthelawsoftheMemberStatesrelatingtomedicaldevices93/42/EECinadditiontotherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE2Intheeventthatthestationarytrainingequipmentisdesignedtobeaccessibletopeoplewithdisability,attentionisdrawntoanyrelevantnationalguidelines(seebibliography).
