【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationgivesguidancefortheestimationandexpressionofmeasurementuncertainty(MU)associatedwithquantitativeresultsinfoodmicrobiology.Itisapplicabletothequantitativeanalysisofproductsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,andofenvironmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling,typicallycarriedoutbyenumerationofmicroorganismsusingacolony-counttechnique,butapplicablealsotoquantitativeanalysisbyalternativeinstrumentalmethods.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisnotapplicabletoenumerationusingamostprobablenumbertechnique,ortheanalysisoflowlevelsofmicroorganisms.InthisTechnicalSpecification,MUassociatedwith“low”numbersoforganisms1),asdescribedbyISO7218,isnotestimatedduetoalackofasimpleagreedapproachtocoverthiscase.TheapproachofthisTechnicalSpecificationisaglobalapproach,basedonthestandarddeviationofreproducibilityofthefinalresultofthemeasurement.
